Welcome to EaDo Yoga!
We provide instruction in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and group fitness at our new studio in the heart of EaDo (East Downtown Houston).
Why EaDo Yoga?
At EaDo Yoga class sizes are limited so our experienced and certified instructors can focus on the needs of each participant. This also assures that everyone has sufficient space. We don’t stack students on top of each other here! At EaDo Yoga you’re more than just another mat to us. We are located in the heart of EaDo (East Downtown Houston) in a beautiful historical building at 912 Saint Charles Street.
A Wide Variety of Classes
We offer a wide range of approaches to Yoga, Pilates, group fitness, and Barre, including Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, and Yin/Yang Yoga Flow, and Classical Mat Pilates. We will continue to expand the variety offered as we expand the number of classes. In the near future we plan to offer Piloxing and Dance based fitness/aerobics, Hatha Yoga, Lyengar Yoga, Sun Salutation Yoga, Acro Yoga and Aerial Yoga (in our special sprung mat room), and Kids Yoga classes.
Quality instruction, tailored to each participant, with sufficient personal space, in a comfortable and inspiring setting. These are the guiding principles that make EaDo Yoga a special place to practice. The most important part of our approach is having fantastic instructors. Our instructors are experienced, certified, inspiring, and focussed on the wellbeing of the whole person.
Convenient class schedule
Our initial schedule includes Restorative Yoga, Mat Pilates, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin/Yang Yoga, and Barre. We currently offer evening classes Monday through Friday and on Saturday afternoon. Our schedule will quickly expand to include additional instructors with more days/times and a broader range of classes.
Testimonials from students
“I joined EaDo Yoga when they first opened their doors in July and it’s been great seeing them grow so rapidly. I particularly enjoy their smaller class sizes because it allows me to really get the most out of yoga. The studio offers different types of yoga, which has allowed me to try something new every night.” – Soo
